Safe Working Environment
We aim for a safe and healthy working environment. Our inclusive approach to occupational health and safety (OHS) includes all employees as well as partners cooperating with us. Improving global governance of our OHS work is a top focus of our Management.
Continuous Improvement
We contribute to occupational safety through appropriate precautions adopted in the workplace. We continuously supervise behaviour regarding occupational safety and check the results. Such monitoring allows us to obtain continuous improvements.
Health and Safety Certificate
Occupational health and safety integrated with the Statron Management System, which is certified to the ISO 45001 standard. We apply a risk-based approach to avoid incidents and prevent work-related hazards. Selected operations undergo internal and external assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 45001.

Conflict Minerals Policy
Statron is committed to ensure the Health & Safety of people who come into contact with our products and business.
We require high social, environmental and human rights standards among our suppliers. Managing our obligations in relation to Conflict Minerals is a part of this corporate responsibility.
Statron is committed to:
- Identifying which Statron products are impacted and targeting our efforts accordingly
- Working with our suppliers to ensure that any Conflict Minerals contained in the products and materials supplied to Statron originate from Conflict Free sources
- Contributing to conflict-free trade by encouraging our suppliers to use only legitimate sources of Conflict Minerals
Environmental
- We select solutions that minimise negative environmental impact including reduction of natural resources and prevent pollution.
- We support our suppliers to establish and to follow an environmental friendly policy.
- We measure our environmental behaviour on the basis of results (e.g. energy consumption).
