Statron is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year. In addition to customer focus and excellent products for UPS systems, a key to Statron’s success is a customer-oriented service network. The restrictions of the Covid pandemic have shown that one-dimensional service structures are no longer up to date. Travel and quarantine regulations can mean that entire regions or countries are “blocked”.
In order to remain able to act worldwide, Statron is strengthening its service department and expanding the international service network. One component of this is the increased cooperation with international service partners. This week two more partners were trained or added to the Statron service network. We have had a partnership with Norco for a long time. This was deepened with training on our UPS systems. A new partner is RMS. The service company specializing in UPS systems in The Netherlands complements our global service portfolio. We look forward to the cooperation!
